eyerollsandbloodlust is the web presence that suports the irl practical applications of anti fascism by “eyerolls” or “EB” in the Inland Empire, specifically but not limited to, Redlands CA.

Redlands has become a hot bed for fascist activity since 2021 when a conservative extremist, by the name of Erin Stepien ran for school board on an anti-LGBTQ platform. While her campaign was failing. She invited hate groups such as Gays Against Groomers, the Proud Boys, and various January 6 capital riot attendees to Redlands to intimidate parents, who would ultimately vote against her.

Of course fascistic behavior started its uptick earlier during the Trump campaign and presidency, and of course the summer of 2020 in the wake of the murder of George Floyd.

I’ve been working with community members to respond to such activity promptly and in numbers. I organize with the grassroots group Safe Redlands Schools and the nonprofit Inland Empire Harm Reduction as well run a mutual aid bi-monthly free market for our unhoused neighbors.

I operate anonymously due to the many threats to my safety and that of my trans teenager.

I am is a single mom, an MFA grad student, social engagement artist, meme maker freelance graphic designer and photographer.

This work explores how social media and explores how graphic design and modern marketing tools can be used in the historical practice of combating all campaigns of disenfranchisement, marginalization, and terror exercised under white supremacy, capitalism, and empire through everyday praxis. All of this work is informed by my youth in the California state foster system, lived experience with houselessness, loss of my trans, unhoused sister to fentanyl in 2020 and childhood of poverty.
